Festival Rules & Regulations

  1. Boise Pride Festival reserves the right to request removal of any group(s) or individual(s) at any time.

  2. Boise Police Department is responsible for enforcement of all applicable Boise City Ordinances.

  3. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited and not permitted at any time.

  4. If you do not feel well, please do not enter the festival. If you become ill, visit the FIRST AID station on Bannock Street.

  5. ID establishing the age of 21 is required for those wishing to consume alcohol at Boise Pride Festival and ID wristband must be worn at all times.

  6. Outside alcohol is NOT permitted, and alcohol purchased within the park is NOT permitted to leave the park under any circumstances.

  7. Any non-alcoholic beverages brought in must be in their original, unopened container. No full travel cups.

  8. Coolers are NOT permitted.

  9. Purses, backpacks and other bags are allowed, but will be subject to search.

  10. All pets must be leashed. You assume full responsibility for your pet and your pet’s behavior.

  11. Personal Items = Personal Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your personal items. You assume all risk of their loss or damage. Lost and Found will be located at Boise Pride Festival Tent.

  12. Smoking and vaping is PROHIBITED in all areas of the park.

  13. Please dispose of waste & recyclables in marked containers.

  14. The use of private drones is NOT permitted at any time.

  15. No unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, posting of signs or placards to any surface. We welcome you to register as a sponsor or vendor next year.

  16. Respect the rights of others attending the Festival. We welcome and celebrate many different aspects of diversity.

  17. Please report all safety concerns to security or police immediately.

  18. SMILE! Promotional videos and photos will be taken at all events. By entering, you grant Boise Pride Festival, Inc. permission to use your likeness in all future promotional material, including but not limited to social media outlets, brochures, videos, and other printed materials.

  19. But most importantly…have a spectacular time, make new friends and memories, and show your PRIDE!
